Applying to MPH@GW

The Milken Institute School of Public Health at the George Washington University seeks students whose academic abilities can successfully meet the demands of a selective, rigorous graduate program.

MPH@GW offers program start dates four times per year, typically in January, April, June and September. MPH@GW is guaranteeing a tuition scholarship of $10,000 to students who are accepted and enrolled into the June 2020 cohort. Applications are now being accepted for the start dates listed below and admissions decisions are made on a rolling basis.

You may qualify for a GRE waiver if:

  • your GPA is 3.0 or higher
  • you have five or more years of experience in any industry
  • you have an advanced degree from an accredited college or university

We asked MPH@GW students for any helpful advice they would give to future applicants. Adrienne Buggs, a current MPH@GW student, responded:

“I would tell them to hurry up and get their application submitted.
As potential applicants begin the process of selecting schools, they will quickly find that the MPH@GW program is rapidly setting the standard for all other MPH programs, online or otherwise.”
